SkiBig3 is currently recruiting for a Seasonal Marketing & FAM Coordinator to join our team from October 2026 through April 15, 2027. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing & FAM Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of media, travel trade (B2B), and influencer familiarization trips (FAMs), ensuring every visit is seamless, well-organized, and delivers an exceptional guest experience. This role carries ownership of FAM program logistics, partner coordination, itinerary management, reporting, and stakeholder communications from planning through post-visit follow-up. In addition to FAM coordination, the position provides support across a variety of marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, content, and communications projects throughout the season. This position is based on a Monday-Friday schedule, with occasional evening and weekend commitments required to support visiting media, influencers, travel trade partners, and special events. Organizational Relationships: SkiBig3 Departments, Banff Sunshine Village, Lake Louise Ski Resort, Mt. Norquay, Banff & Lake Louise Tourism, hotels, activity providers, restaurants, travel trade partners, media representatives, influencers, and other SkiBig3 stakeholders. Duties & Responsibilities Include: Maintain and manage the SkiBig3 FAM calendar, ensuring all information remains accurate and up to date. Own the coordination and execution of media, travel trade, and influencer familiarization trips from planning through post-visit follow-up. Liaise with resort partners, hotels, activity providers, restaurants, Banff & Lake Louise Tourism, and other stakeholders to build and coordinate comprehensive FAM itineraries. Act as the primary point of contact for visiting media, influencers, and travel trade partners before, during, and after their visits. Manage trip logistics, bookings, scheduling, confirmations, and itinerary updates. Resolve operational issues and accommodate last-minute changes professionally and efficiently. Maintain ongoing communication and relationships with media contacts, influencers, travel trade partners, and stakeholders. Track media coverage, influencer content, and social media activity, and assist with reporting and performance summaries. Assist with blog writing, website updates, and publishing of digital content. Maintain the events calendar on the SkiBig3 website. Support marketing campaigns, events, communications initiatives, and seasonal marketing projects. Assist with creative, digital, social media, content, public relations, and promotional initiatives based on departmental needs and individual strengths. Provide administrative and project support to the Marketing and Sales teams, including project coordination, content updates, stakeholder requests, and other duties as assigned. Maintain accurate records, documentation, project timelines, and reporting across assigned programs and initiatives. Skills & Experience Required: Organized, efficient, responsible, and highly detail-oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous experience coordinating events, trips, functions, or projects. Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. Experience writing blogs, social media content, emails, or other customer-facing communications. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Docs, and Sheets. Comfortable communicating and building relationships with industry partners, stakeholders, and guests. Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with team members. Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage projects, communications, and priorities independently while being accountable for outcomes. Proven ability to problem-solve under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Positive, proactive, and service-focused attitude. Strong documentation, organization, and project management skills. Passion for learning and contributing across multiple marketing disciplines. Experience in tourism, hospitality, travel, or destination marketing environments is considered an asset. Experience with Canva is considered an asset. Experience or interest in digital marketing, social media, content creation, communications, public relations, creative/design, or performance marketing is considered an asset. Passion for skiing, snowboarding, mountain culture, or tourism is considered an asset. Intermediate skiing or snowboarding ability is considered an asset but is not required. Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends to support FAM visits, events, and partner activities. Other Requirements: Legally entitled to work in Canada.
