Full job description
Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team in Banff, Alberta. This position supports executives in managing day-to-day priorities, schedules, communications, and administrative needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, and proactive, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining effective communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
Manage executive priorities, correspondence, and administrative matters.
Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and logistics.
Liaise with executives, internal teams, and external contacts.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
Conduct research and compile information as required.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and respond to inquiries.
Coordinate external meetings, events, travel, and expense-related tasks.

5+ years of senior-level executive or administrative support experience in complex, fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to support executives with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
Strong skills in calendar management, meeting coordination, scheduling, travel, and expense administration.
Experience supporting boards and committees, including agendas, minutes, and presentation materials.
Excellent written communication and document preparation skills.
Proficient with office administration tools, CRM systems, and document management.
Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
