Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality, presentation, and consistency
Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
Support the team during busy service hours by ensuring timely meal preparation
Adhere to all health regulations and safety guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment
Requirements

Prior food service experience or background in the food industry is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety practices
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
Basic understanding of serving protocols and meal presentation standards
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
