Mountain Men Mechanics is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team in beautiful Banff!

You don’t need years of automotive experience to get started with us. If you have a great attitude, enjoy working with people, and are eager to learn, we’re happy to teach you the rest.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in vehicles who wants to learn more about parts, repairs, and vehicle maintenance while working alongside an experienced team of mechanics.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Service Advisor, you’ll be the connection between our customers and our mechanics. Your day will include:

Answering customer phone calls and emails
Welcoming customers and being their first point of contact at the shop
Ordering and organizing parts
Preparing repair quotes — don’t worry, we can teach you!
Keeping customers informed about their vehicle and repairs
Communicating with mechanics to keep jobs moving smoothly
Helping make sure every customer leaves feeling informed and well taken care of
What We’re Looking For

Previous Service Advisor experience is an asset, but definitely not required. We’re more interested in finding the right person.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

Enjoy working with people and solving problems
Have an interest in vehicles
Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Have strong verbal and written communication skills
Can stay organized when things get busy

The Details

Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
30-minute to 1-hour lunch
$20–$26 per hour, depending on experience
No previous Service Advisor experience required
