As the Business Analyst, you’ll work across the organization to identify opportunities, improve performance, and leverage technology, automation, and AI to help our teams work smarter and deliver better results.

Competitive Salary: $75,000-$79,000 gross annually, based on previous experience & education

Job Duties Include:

Reporting to: Manager, Finance and Business Support, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Business Process Optimization
Analyze business processes, workflows, and reporting practices across Finance, Operations, and Technology.
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Support the design and implementation of future-state processes that improve productivity, accuracy, compliance, and service delivery.
Develop business cases, process maps, financial models, and recommendations supported by data analysis.
Measure and report the impact of improvement initiatives and realized business benefits.
Data Analytics & Performance Reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI scorecards, reports, and performance tracking tools.
Analyze financial and operational performance, including revenue, labor productivity, food cost, expenses, and working capital metrics.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting through automation, visualization, and modern analytics tools.
Digital Enablement & AI Adoption
Identify opportunities to leverage Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and other digital solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
Collaborate with Technology teams to evaluate and implement automation and productivity tools.
Explore practical applications of AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.
Strategic Projects & Stakeholder Engagement
Support cross-functional transformation, optimization, and business improvement initiatives.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions, requirements gathering, and process improvement workshops.
Build effective working relationships across Finance, Operations, Technology, Food & Beverage, Rooms Division, and other business functions.
Prepare reports, presentations, findings, and recommendations for department and senior leadership.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into practical recommendations.
Change Management & Implementation
Support implementation of approved process improvements and transformation projects.
Develop process documentation, standards, and best practices.
Assist with change management, communication, training, and user adoption activities.
Monitor implementation results and identify opportunities for further improvement.
Support the ongoing review and refinement of processes to ensure improvements are sustained.
All other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Previous experience in Royal Service, Guest Services or Front Desk is an asset
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
MBA, CPA, CMA, Lean Six Sigma, or similar professional certifications are considered assets.
3-5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operational excellence, transformation, consulting, or related fields.
Experience working across multiple business functions, particularly Finance and Operations.
Demonstrated success identifying, leading, and implementing process improvements that deliver measurable results.
Hospitality, resort, hotel, gaming, food & beverage, or service industry experience is preferred.
Experience with compliance, governance, internal controls, or audit-related activities is an asset.Technical Skills

Previous experience with Power Automate, SQL, ERP & Accounting Systems, Hotel PMS platforms and POS & Inventory Management Systems an asset
