Radventures is on the hunt for enthusiastic tour guides and individuals who have a passion for the Rockies and a strong desire to be part of our rapidly growing company. Winter guiding comes with extra responsibility: icy roads, cold temperatures, short daylight and guests who are counting on you to keep them safe and comfortable. That's why we strongly prefer individuals who already have experience leading groups and are ready to take their skills to the next level with us.

As an adventure tour guide with Radventures, you will:

Lead fun, engaging, safe and informative tours across Banff, Jasper, Yoho & Kootenay National Parks highlights, showcasing the natural beauty and history of our spectacular region.
Operate various vehicles (luxury SUVs & 15-passenger vans) safely in winter road conditions.
Provide outstanding customer service to our high-end clientele, championing an environment where strangers quickly become friends and creating memorable experiences for each of your guests.
Create informative content, highlighting the amazing fun you and your guests are having in a world-class setting.
Make new friends with your fellow team members and guests on your tours.

What you’ll bring to Radventures:

A passion for connecting and sharing some of the most inspiring mountain nature in the world with others.
An engaging, warm and welcoming personality that values customer experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with a safety-first mindset.
Comfort spending long days outdoors in cold temperatures.
Guiding or group leadership experience is strongly preferred.
Bonus points if you hold your Apprentice Interpreter and/or 4 Season Group Management certification.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, winter weather and road conditions.
A desire to learn extensively about your surroundings and develop your skillset as a tour guide on potentially all of our day tours.
Regular full-time availability is preferred, but part-time opportunities are available for exceptional candidates.
Requirements of the job:

A valid Class 4 driver's licence (or willingness to obtain one) and a clean driver's abstract.
First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Legal right to live and work in Canada.
Fluency in English (verbal & written).
What happens after applying:

Interviews will be conducted from October to November.
Successful candidates will be invited for training in November.
Flexible start dates from November to December, accommodating your fall schedule.
End dates in April to May, aligned with your plans for spring travel or the summer season.
