As we prepare to launch an exciting new restaurant concept, we're looking for an Executive Chef who is passionate about building exceptional teams, creating memorable dining experiences, and helping shape the future of food and beverage in one of Canada's most iconic mountain destinations.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a restaurant from the ground up while joining a hospitality company that continues to invest in innovative dining experiences and elevate Banff's culinary landscape.
What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team
Develop innovative menus that celebrate ingredients and seasonal flavours
Build a positive and engaged kitchen culture where people learn, grow, and succeed
Deliver exceptional quality, consistency, and execution every service
Manage food costs, labour targets, and overall kitchen performance
Partner with leadership to establish a standout dining destination and contribute to BCP's growing culinary portfolio
What We're Looking For
Proven success leading high-performing restaurant kitchens
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
A chef who balances creativity with operational excellence
Experience managing food and labour costs while maintaining exceptional quality
Red Seal/Journeyman certification is considered an asset
A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment
