Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our culinary team as a Cook. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, focusing on food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high standards of food safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary practices and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
Provide excellent service by being attentive to the needs of the team and guests.
Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is essential; restaurant experience is highly desirable.
Demonstrated skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal presentation.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Culinary experience or qualifications will be considered an advantage.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
