Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food safety practices. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and making recommendations based on preferences.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high service standards.
Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a safe dining experience.
Experience in serving beverages in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
Excellent time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
