Established in 1995, Banff Fire and Safety is a full service fire and safety company catering to all fire safety and first aid needs. Banff Fire & Safety is continuously adapting our services to the latest innovations and changes to the fire codes.

Journeyperson Sprinkler Fitter:

As a Journeyperson Sprinkler Fitter, you will be integral to the installation and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role requires strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs. You will utilize your expertise in plumbing and system design while also maintaining First Aid Certification to ensure a safe working environment. Your ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve will be essential in delivering high-quality service and ensuring the reliability of fire protection systems. With shops based in Banff and Calgary, you will cover a wide area with a company supplied vehicle. Join our team to make a significant impact in fire safety and prevention.

Qualifications:

Journeyman Sprinkler Fitter
Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite an asset
Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
Attention to detail
Strong Communication and Organizational skills.
Proficient with computer applications
Team player.
Can pass a criminal background check
Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair sprinkler systems according to design specifications.
Conduct system design assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Utilize Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting purposes.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project success.
Uphold organizational standards and safety protocols at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
