Our banking client is looking for a Bilingual (English/French) HR & Talent Acquisition Administrator (Bank, HR Administration)

Length: 1 year contract with the possibility of extension and conversion to full time employment

Location: Canada - Remote

Working Hours: 8am-5pm

The specialist is in support of the Talent Acquisition hiring activities, from generating offer letters to closely following pre-employment verifications, while supporting recruiters and working closely with other teams. This role is virtual and, in most part, supports Canadian activities.

Team:
This is a remote team across Canada and the US. There is a mix of collaborative and independent work but mostly will be working independently on a team of around 10 people.

Tasks:
Supports the planning, development, implementation and ongoing delivery of initiatives and programs for Human Resources that ensures a consistent and exceptional employee experience. Delivers specific operational processes as part of ongoing management of Human Resources programs.

Supports day to day operational processes, program management activities & administrative tasks for Human Resources to achieve business results and deliver the intended employee experience.
Executes work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service.
Focus may be on a business/group.
Thinks creatively and proposes new solutions.
Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
Works mostly independently.
Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
Must haves:

3 – 5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bilingual, French/English
Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.
Collaboration & team skills - In-depth.
Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth.
Influence skills - In-depth.
Nice to haves :
- Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience

Exigences :

3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente et diplôme d'études postsecondaires dans un domaine connexe, ou une combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience.
