Full job description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages in a timely and efficient manner. Your friendly demeanour, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our patrons.

Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Take drink orders from customers and prepare beverages according to established recipes
- Ensure accuracy in measuring ingredients and follow proper mixing techniques
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-serving
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Process customer payments using POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, handling cash, and making change
