Hotel Supervisor

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate, assign, and review the work of front office, housekeeping, food services, and maintenance staff.

Maintain protocol and procedures, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

Conduct daily hotel inspections to ensure service quality and compliance.

Resolve work-related issues and submit progress reports.

Ensure employees are properly trained, and supervise staff in duties, safety, and policies.

Requisition supplies, and ensure proper inventory and cost control.

Oversee the operation and maintenance of systems, equipment, and machinery.

Maintain a professional attitude and foster teamwork across departments.


Qualifications:

At least a year of experience in a customer-oriented position is required

Previous experience as a hotel General Manager, Assistant Manager, Front Desk Manager, is preferred although not mandatory..

Diploma in Hotel Management or Business Management is preferred although not mandatory

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English
