What can you expect?
The Retail Inventory Assistant Supervisor is a pivotal role within the back of house operation, working closely with the Inventory Supervisor to uphold inventory standards, tracking deliveries, oversee replenishment, and manage receiving procedures. They serve as a crucial link in communication and task delegation within the wider retail team. Additionally, they collaborate with various stakeholders such as the Retail Director, Assistant Director, and Visual Merchandiser to ensure the store's smooth operation and exceptional guest experience.
This position will lead on pulling reports and analysing key information used to support floor operation. They will also own the organization of stockrooms, store replenishment, internal department transfers and warrantee procedure.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise inventory operations, including task delegation and management of Inventory Assistants.
Maintain an in depth knowledge of the Lightspeed/POS programs.
Generate and analyze reports to support floor operations and understand inventory levels.
Organize stockrooms, oversee store replenishment, internal department transfers, and warranty procedures.
Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure efficient stock replenishment.
Perform full receiving procedures from purchase order creation to item counting.
Assist in fulfilling ecommerce orders.
Maintain consistency of brand image across all locations.
Support floor operations during peak seasons.
Participate in inventory counts, potentially outside regular operating hours.
Experience/Requirements:
Minimum one year’s work experience in retail inventory/ warehouse coordination, or an equivalent inventory role.
Detail oriented and highly organized.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Ability to multi-task, coordinate ongoing projects, and manage people effectively.
Works well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm for Snowsports
The role should be prepared to work early morning and late-night hours, as well as weekends and holidays.
