Full job description
Overview: We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team in a bustling restaurant setting. If you have a passion for food preparation and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we would love to have you on board. Duties: - Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards - Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces - Ensure that food is prepared and presented according to food safety standards - Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain a clean and organized work area - Monitor food supplies and communicate inventory needs to the kitchen manager Skills: - Proficiency in food handling, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment operation - Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry - Experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume setting - Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for cooking and thrive in a dynamic culinary environment, we invite you to apply for the Line Cook position at our restaurant.
