Full job description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized, efficient kitchen supervisor for our vegetarian cafe. You will be responsible for food preparation, completing orders in a timely manner and supervising the back of house staff to ensure all procedures, cleaning, etc. is being done correctly and efficiently.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen, preferably in a leadership role
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures and Alberta Food Handlers Certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organization and time-management skills. Thorough cleaning of kitchen area daily.
- Clear communication skills and ability to teach and guide employees
