We are looking for some amazing event operations team members!

You are a professional driver who enjoys being onsite working with equipment as much as you like being behind the wheel.

We are looking for a Delivery Driver & Warehouse Team member who fits the description above to join our team.

From full-service event planning & design, unique custom weddings and quality event rentals Mountainscape Events, Mountain Event Rentals and Mountainscape Weddings are related brands providing premium special event services, based in Banff, Alberta.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

We are looking for a full-time operations team member whose primary role will be operating vehicles, loading/unloading vehicles, setting up event equipment (including tents) and performing other general warehouse operational duties
Operating our fleet vehicles in a safe, dependable, punctual manner. Transport event equipment to sites, being on time every time
Presenting yourself in a professional, service-focused manner at all times as you deal with clients, venues and other event vendors
Securely and safely loading/unloading vehicles, using proper handling techniques to ensure product quality
Installing event items including tents, chairs, tables, stages, dance floor and more
Daily vehicle checks and basic vehicle maintenance
Inventory control - accurate paperwork & record keeping to track products as they travel from place to place
Our regular hours of work are 8:30am-5pm daily. However, this role does require weekend work and the ability to work late nights / early mornings as the event schedule dictates
Providing excellent customer service with a courteous demeanour and solutions-focused mindset
Performing warehouse tasks including prepping and packing orders, cleaning/packaging used rental items and organizing the facility
Other event-related duties as required
REQUIREMENTS

At least a Class 5 licence and experience driving delivery vehicles ie 5-ton trucks, cab over city delivery trucks,or light & medium duty box Trucks.
Class 4 licence or airbrakes endorsement an asset
Clean driving record
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive, proactive attitude, solving challenges, in a calm professional manner
Previous experience in the event industry or warehousing is an asset
