Job Description

Be a part of our team as a Server for our Vermillion Room, where you'll help create unforgettable dining experiences. Our dynamic approach to service ensures each guest receives personalized attention, making every meal memorable. Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality in a vibrant restaurant setting.

Starting Rate: $16.55 per hour

Job Duties Include:

Complete Daily Operations (i.e. opening and closing duties, stocking, polishing, cleaning and maintaining walk-ins, fridges and other areas as assigned by the MOD)
Meet and greet guests and coordinate with other colleagues and MOD regarding preferences, allergies and special occasions
Have full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
Maintain quality and timeliness of service and practice effective up selling and suggestive selling techniques to drive outlet revenue
Maintain accurate billing, cash handling and float procedures
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your Skills & Qualifications:

Must have Pro-Serve Certification
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Server in a high-volume and fast paced environment required
Previous point-of-sale system experience required
Extensive wine, beer and cocktail knowledge is essential
Must be able to carry and serve 3 plates at one time
Schedule flexibility, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays
Must be able to lift and carry up to 40+lbs and be able to be on your feet for 8 hours or more
