Our Groundskeepers keep our properties looking good and love being outdoors. The Groundskeeper position is responsible for maintaining the outdoor spaces of BCP hotels to company standards.

Duties and responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this position will adapt and evolve with the changing seasons.
Pick up and remove litter and garbage from exterior corridors, courtyards, and sidewalks of the hotel.
Assist with snow removal, including shoveling and maintaining roads and sidewalks.
Handle garbage removal and cut and bundle firewood.
Water and maintain flower boxes and planters.
Perform lawn care tasks, including weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
Ensure the safety and upkeep of guest areas, both indoors and outdoors, by removing snow, ice, and other hazards.
Follow all health and safety policies and procedures, working safely and reporting injuries or hazards immediately.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
