As the Service Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a high level of efficiency and hospitality. You’ll be a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, passionate about food and people, and skilled at motivating a team to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations: Ensure smooth service flow, monitor staff performance, and address any service issues.
Lead and mentor team members: Provide training, support, and leadership to front-of-house staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Customer satisfaction: Address guest concerns and ensure all guests leave satisfied.
Scheduling and staffing: Manage shift scheduling, staffing levels, and employee performance.
Maintain standards: Ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are upheld at all times.
Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and management to maintain efficiency and streamline operations.
Inventory and ordering: Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Problem-solving: Quickly resolve any issues that arise during service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a fast-paced, casual dining environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with scheduling and staff management.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
