Sudden Sally is searching for a skilled Pastry Chef to showcase their talents in our two bustling cafes and restaurants. If you excel at baking croissants, breads, cookies, and other mouth-watering pastries, this is the perfect role for you. You'll be a key player in crafting memorable experiences through your baked goods while enjoying the vibrant energy of a world-class destination.

What You'll Do:
Create and perfect a wide range of pastries, including croissants, breads, cookies, and more, tailored for our two busy locations.
Lead the baking operations for both cafes, ensuring consistency, quality, and an eye-catching presentation for all baked goods.
Collaborate with our culinary team to align pastry offerings with the overall menu, enhancing the dining experience with perfectly paired sweet and savory options.
Manage supplies and inventory, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and maintaining fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Train and mentor a dedicated baking team, fostering an environment of creativity and culinary excellence.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Lead Baker, with a talent for crafting exceptional pastries.
A passion for baking, with an ability to create traditional favorites and introduce innovative new items.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a high-volume, quality-focused setting.
Expertise in creating beautifully plated desserts for both a la carte and banquet settings.
