Marketing Coordinator

As Marketing Coordinator at Arctos & Bird, you’ll take charge of digital marketing, copywriting, and content creation for Arctos & Bird businesses, including a boutique hotel and downtown bakery café, in beautiful Banff National Park. You’ll use your expertise and a data-driven approach to design and execute marketing plans and projects that deliver on our goals.

Our ideal candidate is comfortable taking initiative, managing their own time, and working independently and as part of a team. You’ll be guided and supported by our Brand & Marketing Manager and collaborate with colleagues across the organization. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
Demonstrated skills in photography, videography and graphic design.
Demonstrated skills in copywriting for digital marketing.
Experience in social media messaging and campaigns across all major platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Certification in digital analytics is an asset.
Knowledge of Wordpress, Squarespace and Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
Customer service experience and understanding of hospitality and tourism industries is an asset.
Team player that thrives on collaboration.
Strong time management skills and ability to take initiative.
Creative, problem-solving mindset.
Interest in socially and environmentally conscious business
