Full job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support the day-to-day financial operations of our team. In this role, you will help maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, and contribute to smooth and efficient accounting practices. The ideal candidate is dependable, highly accurate, and comfortable working with confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Prepare invoices, receipts, and other routine financial documents.
Assist with payroll support, expense tracking, and vendor payments as needed.
Maintain organized records and support document management processes.
Review financial data for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address accounting questions.
Help ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in accounting or finance preferred.
Previous bookkeeping or general accounting experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping.
Working knowledge of accounting principles and standard bookkeeping practices.
Experience with accounting software Trimble Spectrum and Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Skills
Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting support.
Familiarity with payroll processes, invoicing, and vendor management.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Comfortable adapting to new systems, procedures, and workflow improvements.
