This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives on the floor, enjoys mentoring a team, and takes pride in creating seamless, memorable guest experiences.

What you’ll do:

Lead daily operations across all outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient, and polished service
Be a visible leader on the floor, guiding and supporting the team during busy service periods
Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain consistency and flow between kitchen and service
Oversee staffing levels, scheduling, and labor budgets to meet operational needs
Support banquets and special events, ensuring flawless execution from start to finish
Build, train, and inspire a front-of-house team that embodies The Post’s high standards
Engage with guests, gather feedback, and elevate the overall dining experience
Partner with leadership to meet financial goals through strong cost control and service excellence
What you bring:

Proven leadership experience in food & beverage management, ideally within a luxury or fine dining setting
A guest-first mindset and passion for exceptional service
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, staffing, and budgeting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you lead by example
Familiarity with Opera, Squirrel, OpenTable, or Tripleseat is an asset
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
What’s in it for you:

Work in a world-renowned Relais & Châteaux property surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery
Join a close-knit, passionate hospitality team that values excellence and collaboration
Competitive compensation package
Subsidized staff accommodation, meals, and utilities included
If you’re a hands-on leader who takes pride in operational excellence and creating unforgettable dining moments, we’d love to hear from you.
