Lotus Group is proud to partner with our client in Bonnyville to identify a skilled and motivated Red Seal Journeyman Plumber.

Role Responsibilities

Contribute to projects from initiation to completion with the support of management.
Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications to install commercial plumbing systems.
Maintain daily client communication, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
Coordinate with subcontractors through clear and consistent communication.
Work with the project team to uphold on-site standards and expectations for staff and subcontractors.
Maintain on-site organization and contribute to operational efficiency.
Lead material management for all incoming and outgoing materials.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of mechanical systems to anticipate needs and plan accordingly
Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety protocols.
Identify and address site obstructions or barriers in collaboration with management.
Forecast manpower requirements and resolve potential scheduling conflicts.
Role Requirements

Valid Redseal Journeyman Certificate is required
Strong understanding of technology, mechanical systems, schematics, and construction drawings
Ability to maintain positive client relationships and establish new ones.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
Valid First Aid Level C, CSTS 2020, WHMIS and or relevant safety certifications are considered an asset
Valid Drivers License and ability to pass a Drivers Abstract is required
Familiarity with ProCore, Revizto, Bluebeam or other relevant construction software is considered an asset
Requirement to relocate to Bonnyville, Alberta and or surrounding areas.
