Insight Global is seeking a Workiva Implementation Consultant to support a Workiva implementation for a leading consulting company on a 14 week contract (possibility of extension), on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will sit in Toronto and occasionally attend in person for on-site workshops. The end client is in the Canadian banking space. This role involves hands on automation SOX testing and configuration/implementation of Workiva. This person will work heavily with internal and external stakeholders, as well as an offshore delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure Workiva platform by building workflows to manage SOX program.

- Administer testing of integrated systems surrounding with internal teams and external vendors.

- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

- Configure Workiva to support SOX testing automation, including workflow design and backend setup.

- Collaborate with offshore teams and a senior client manager to oversee implementation.

- Support a large user base through scalable configuration and testing plans.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 5-10 years of overall experience in banking/finance as a consultant

- 1-2+ large scale Workiva implementation projects

- Experience configuring Workiva platform to mange SOX program, build workflows, and test plans

- Strong understanding of Workiva’s GRC module and financial reporting module

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, experience working with offshore teams

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Familiarity with Archer and Peoplesoft for integrations

- Exposure to Last Mile Reporting solutions such as Disclosure management, Anaplan Disclosure management, SAP Disclosure management

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 14 weeks

Pay: $86.00-$97.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week
