at Herringtons Luxury Floral Design – Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel

Herringtons Luxury Floral Design, located inside the iconic Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a front-facing role, perfect for someone who enjoys creating memorable experiences for customers while working in a beautiful, inspiring setting.

Schedule:

Part time
Wednesday & Thursdays | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Your Role Includes:

Greeting and assisting customers with floral orders in person and by phone
Ensuring exceptional customer service from start to finish
Helping with deliveries and receiving inventory
Maintaining a clean, professional, and inviting shop environment
Supporting light marketing tasks and business development projects
Representing our shop with professionalism and warmth at all times
We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Enjoys working with people and creating positive guest experiences
Is friendly, reliable, and drama-free
Is organized and proactive
Has floral experience (an asset, but not required)
Is legally eligible to work in Canada
