Our client is looking for a Store Manager in Banff, AB. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader with a passion for customer experience, team development, and driving retail performance in a busy environment.

The Store Manager will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and ensuring a welcoming and customer-focused retail environment. The successful candidate will:

Lead by example to deliver outstanding, personalized customer service and motivate your team to uphold the same standards.
Manage inventory and visual merchandising to ensure the store consistently reflects brand expectations.
Plan and execute in-store events and product displays to enhance customer engagement.
Coach, mentor, and empower team members through regular feedback, training, and performance discussions.
Oversee daily operations including scheduling, task delegation, and follow-up to ensure a high-performing environment.
Drive financial results by setting and meeting sales goals, managing the budget, and using key metrics to enhance overall performance.
Uphold company policies and operational standards, ensuring compliance across all store functions.
Participate in meetings and development initiatives that support ongoing learning and growth.
Foster an inclusive, values-based culture that inspires teamwork, accountability, and pride in the brand.
We’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

2 - 5 years of retail management or supervisory experience, with a proven track record in customer engagement and team leadership
Experience in, and passion for, retail and high sales volume environments
Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability and strategies to inspire, retain, and lead team members to success
Visual merchandising experience is a strong asset
Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills
An entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to contribute new ideas
Availability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays is required
