Key Duties & Responsibilities

Embodying the spirit of Añejo by providing exceptional, high-energy service that leaves guests feeling as if they've stepped into a Mexican fiesta.
Taking orders with a flair that matches our vibrant atmosphere, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued.
Synchronizing with our kitchen team to deliver dishes with perfect timing, ensuring every plate is a celebration of flavor.
Showcasing your passion for our menu by sharing recommendations and pairing suggestions, making each dining experience unforgettable.
Elevating guest satisfaction to an art form, going above and beyond to create moments that resonate with the bold, colorful essence of Añejo.
Collaborating seamlessly with fellow team members to orchestrate a dining experience that delights every sense and leaves guests saying, “Delicioso!"
Qualifications

1-2+ years of serving experience in a high-energy, fast-paced restaurant environment, where you’ve developed strong skills in providing exceptional service.
Passion for creating memorable experiences, with a natural enthusiasm for welcoming guests and promoting Añejo’s vibrant atmosphere.
Genuine interest in Mexican cuisine and culture, with a desire to learn and share Añejo’s culinary offerings with guests.
Strong attention to detail and organization, efficiently managing multiple tables and ensuring each order is accurate.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude, always ready to support colleagues and contribute to a fun, collaborative work environment that keeps the fiesta going.
