Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Supervisor to lead our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for outdoor work. As a Crew Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality landscape maintenance, and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires hands-on involvement in various tasks including irrigation, gardening, and building projects.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew to ensure efficient workflow.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices in landscape maintenance.
- Oversee the irrigation systems, ensuring proper installation and maintenance.
- Assist in planning and executing garden designs and installations.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of crew members.
