Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be essential in ensuring a positive experience. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Engage with customers over the phone, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products and services effectively.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish, if bilingual.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail is essential.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role.
