Are you ready to join the leadership team at Banff’s newest restaurant? Good Folk, located in the Otter Hotel, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Floor Manager to help shape our Front of House (FOH) operations and deliver an unparalleled guest experience.

Your Role:As the Floor Manager, you will:
Lead FOH staff by example, setting the tone for attentive, high-quality service.
Train and develop a stellar FOH team, ensuring each member understands our commitment to excellence.
Collaborate on creating innovative beverage menus that complement our cuisine and elevate the guest experience.
Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages growth and teamwork.
Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring service standards are consistently met.

What We’re Looking For:
Able to take risks, show initiative, and seek innovative solutions.
Driven to amaze guests every day and is proficient at listening and learning from feedback.
Professional and accountable, while also being flexible and responsive.
Understands that hard work builds trust and creates opportunities.
Prior experience as a manager or supervisor within a restaurant or bar environment.
Natural leadership skills, including the ability to train others.
Comfortable with basic math skills in practical settings.
Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fun and passionate about what you do.
Hands-on approach and willingness to get involved in all aspects of the operation.
Lives in the Bow Valley or is willing to relocate.
Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
