Are you ready to step into a leadership role at Banff’s newest dining hotspot? Good Folk, located in the Otter Hotel, is searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic Bar Manager to elevate our beverage program and provide an exceptional guest experience.

As the Bar Manager, you will:
Lead and Inspire the bar team, setting high standards for creativity, quality, and service.
Develop and Curate a dynamic beverage program that complements our cuisine with innovative, fun, and trend-setting options.
Train and Mentor bartenders and front-of-house staff, enhancing product knowledge and service skills with effective training resources.
Oversee Daily Operations, including inventory control, ordering, scheduling, and upholding top-tier service standards with urgency and attention to detail.
Create a Positive Work Culture, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
Support the General Manager with day-to-day restaurant operations.
Ensure Compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations while maintaining a lively and engaging atmosphere.

We’re seeking a dynamic Bar Manager who:
Thinks Creatively and takes initiative to explore innovative solutions.

Has Experience managing or supervising in a bar or restaurant setting.

Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years in full-service, 2+ years bartending, 1+ year in management.
Physical: Lift 30+ lbs, stand/move for extended periods.
Technical: Proficient with POS, inventory software, Excel, Word.
Certification: Smart Serve Certified.
