Through the exercise of discretion and independent judgment, the GM has overall supervisory and managerial responsibility for the daily operations of a single venue ensuring desired outcomes (i.e., increased sales, profitability, and employee retention). The GM mobilizes the venue management team to oversee the financial controls, operations, people development, guest experience and compliance within the venue. We Love Perks!
