Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch and Yield Coordinator to oversee our tour and transportation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the schedule for both our driver's and vehicles. This role requires strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and an ability to develop strong work relationships with the staff.

Responsibilities
- Assign guides/drivers & Vehicles in our reservations stem
- Optimize the personnel and vehicle assignments to optimize resource efficiency
- Overseeing and maintaining the guides schedule on a week in and week out basis
- Maintain an accurate schedule that reflects the day to day updates from our reservations system
- Communicate daily with our reservations team to allow for booking of far- reaching tours as well as last minute bookings
- Communicate daily with guiding/ driving staff to ensure staff are aware of guiding and driving duties
- Thoroughly understand the legal limits that drivers have operating commercial vehicles in Canada
- Maintain a relationship with the guide/ driving team; good communication will be key

- Coordinate with our Mechanic Shop Coordinator to ensure required vehicles get sent in for service

- Assist with operational emergencies if they arise

Requirements
- High attention to detail
- Computer skills (company uses MAC but a general tech knowhow is key)
- Able to communicate clearly by email, telephone and face to face
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Strong typing skills for accurate data entry.
- Ability to work in a changing environment able to make flexible changes as the needs arise

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
