Full job description
Emerald Lake Lodge in Field BC is looking for Bartenders for the Winter season.

As a Bartender, your main role is to provide exceptional service at the bar, fulfill drink orders for the lounge and dining room, restock liquor and wine racks. Delivering high-level customer service, maintaining a safe environment, and efficiently handling orders are key aspects of your responsibilities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Mix and build drinks according to company standards.
Deliver consistent high-level customer service.
Maintain a safe environment and address problematic guests when necessary.
Keep the bar area clean and organized.
Conduct end-of-shift inventory.
Take and process orders promptly, ensuring guest and server satisfaction.
Handle payments and complete cash outs.
Wash and polish glassware.
Anticipate guest needs and adhere to the “half-full” rule.
Bartend at functions in addition to regular duties.
EXPERIENCE

Team player with a friendly disposition.
Previous bartending experience preferred.
Wine knowledge an asset.
Upbeat personality with passion for hospitality
Comfortable working on feet for long periods
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Valid Serving It Right or provincial equivalent.
Open availability – able to work variable shifts.
