Full job description
We are currently seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisors (1 Banquet and 1 for the main Restaurant) to join our team and contribute to the seamless operation of our establishment at Buffalo Mountain Lodge.

Primary Function: As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, your primary goal is to supervise F&B operations efficiently and profitably, upholding the highest standards of quality and service. Your role encompasses various facets, including training servers, hosts, and potentially runners and bussers, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise front-of-house activities across multiple outlets.
Train, coach and mentor servers, bartenders, hosts on standards
Model exemplary customer service and problem resolution
Support kitchen operations and relationships
Control labor costs, monitor budgets and sales.
Enforce policies around supplies inventory, cash handling, etc.
Maintain health and safety compliance in the workplace.
Communicate clearly on guest feedback, incidents, challenges.
Perform hands-on duties like serving, bartending, bussing, conference setup and tear down as needed.
Requirements/Experience:

Restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
Outstanding interpersonal and leadership abilities
Knowledge of service standards and hospitality trends
Scheduling, budgeting and inventory management skills
Exceptional communication and collaboration
Knowledge of Squirrel (asset), sommelier certification (asset)
Able to work variable shifts; stand for long periods.
