The Opportunity The Project Lead - System Implementations will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of system implementation projects that align with organizational goals. Leading cross-functional project teams, the Project Lead will engage with internal and external key stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project status and issues. The Project Lead – Systems Implementations will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of system replacements and ongoing improvements, fostering a collaborative team environment and contributing to the organization's strategic and operational success. Roles and Responsibilities Reporting to Chief Financial Officer, below are some key accountabilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of System implementation projects, developing and implementing strategies that align with organizational goals. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans that include timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring their needs are met, and communicate project status, updates, and issues to relevant parties. Oversee project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support while facilitating collaboration between cross-functional teams and departments. Ensure the technical feasibility of the project, overseeing the integration of the systems with existing IT infrastructure and ensuring accurate data migration, system configuration, and customization. Implement quality control processes to ensure the integrity and reliability of the system, conducting regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Foster a collaborative team environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Effective Vendor management, manage system integrator and other vendors and oversee successful implementation of replacement project. Qualifications and Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in ERP implementation and a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale System projects. Strong leadership and team management skills, change management experience, alongside excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management. Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Tier 1 ERPs) and an in-depth understanding of their implementation, data migration, system integration, and customization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities, with familiarity in IT infrastructure and the software development life cycle (SDLC). Employment Terms and Benefits In accordance with the terms of employment governing Management/PSP employees, this is a salaried, fulltime position, subject to a 6-month probationary period. The salary range for this position is $80,838 - $120,050 based on experience. The successful candidate will enjoy twenty paid vacation days and four personal days annually, extended medical and dental benefits, and participation in an employer-matched pension plan.
