Job Overview:
The Brand Coordinator will collaborate closely with the marketing team to manage brand consistency across all touchpoints and create compelling visual content. This role will support Banff Caribou Properties marketing efforts by designing digital elements, social media graphics, promotional materials, and other visual print and digital content that aligns with the brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:Brand Coordination:
Maintain and manage brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all departments and communications.
Serve as the point of contact for brand-related inquiries and requests, and work with external vendors to ensure all materials align with our brand standards.
Design:
Maintain consistency of brand elements across all print collateral.
Ensure that digital campaigns, including social media and email marketing, maintain visual consistency and support overall brand goals.
Design website layouts, banners, and other web elements.
Design visually appealing print and digital assets including menus, event programs, in-room literature, social media, and email campaigns ensuring cohesive brand presentation.
Work with printers to ensure high-quality production of printed materials.
Collaborative Branding Projects:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop brand-led campaigns, promotions, and activations.
Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions, bringing innovative ideas to the table that enhance the Banff Caribou Properties brand.
Qualifications:
College Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in branding and design ideally within the hospitality or travel industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Experience with web design and a strong understanding of visual asset optimization for digital platforms.
Solid understanding of branding principles and best practices.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work.
Excellent attention to detail, typography skills, and a creative flair.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Experience with HTML/CSS and photography is an asset
