Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking for a leadership role in a dynamic and growing company? Banff Caribou Lodge and Spa is seeking a passionate and driven Hotel General Manager to oversee our operations and ensure our guests experience exceptional service at our busy full service hotel in the heart of Banff.

About the Role:
As the General Manager of Banff Caribou Lodge and Spa, you will be at the forefront of our day-to-day operations, leading the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. This is a hands-on, operational role where you will oversee all aspects of the hotel, including Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Front Desk services. Ability to effectively communicate priorities with our corporate Accounting, Human Resource, Sales and Marketing and other support departments. departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Acumen: Utilize strong business literacy skills for operational success.
Leadership: Mentor, train, and coach a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service.
Proactive Planning: Manage hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Dedication to Guest Experience: Provide exemplary service and build strong guest relationships.
Genuine Passion: Foster a culture of creating memorable guest experiences.
Communication: Maintain clear, open, and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
Work closely with BCP Head Office, which provides support in areas such as Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, IT, and Project Management.
Experience | Skills | Requirements:
Strong business acumen, adept at analyzing key metrics and making strategic decisions.
Senior leadership experience in hospitality for at least 3 years.
Exceptional English communication skills, especially in fast-paced environments.
Proven history of surpassing revenue targets and adept budget management.
Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.
Understanding of building mechanics with a keen eye for detail.
Residence in Bow Valley required; no employee housing provided.
