Who We're Looking For:

We’re seeking passionate team members with a background in sales or customer service. If you love engaging with people and sharing your enthusiasm for the outdoors, you’ll thrive in this role! This position involves equipment rentals, so a willingness to be hands on is essential.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to guests seeking activity reservations and rentals.
Utilize sales skills to promote and upsell activities and packages.
Assist guests with inquiries, bookings, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Location: You’ll be working in our vibrant Banff store located in the Bison Courtyard, 211 Bear Street, Banff.
Commitment: We are looking for a full-time activity agent, ideally someone that is willing to commit for 1 year.
Staff Accommodation: Housing is currently available with this position in downtown Banff.
