Spa Manager

We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Spa Manager to join our growing team at Cedar & Sage Co.!

C+S Co. is a holistic day spa located in beautiful downtown Banff. Locally owned and rated #1 spa on TripAdvisor since 2014, we provide exceptional spa experiences and professional healthcare.

The right candidate will have a passion for going above and beyond, strong leadership skills and desire to oversee and motivate others.

Responsibilities include supervising and training the guest services team, managing client reservations, organizing the client schedule, retail ordering, sales and inventory, light cleaning & laundry.

Must have excellent customer service skills, a friendly demeanour, and a strong ability to multi-task. Previous reception and/or spa experience is ideal but not necessarily required.

This position will be a set weekly schedule, days and hours are negotiable.
