Conveniently located in the Town of Banff, just steps away from the glacier-fed Bow River, Banff Park Lodge is a full-service Resort Hotel and Conference Centre. The Banff Park Lodge has two sister properties; the Bow View Lodge and the Peaks Hotel and suites.

We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent Houskeeping Supervisor, required to work day shifts, weekends and holidays.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

- Overseeing the cleanliness of guest rooms and public spaces and ensuring the required standard is met

- Training and coaching of the housekeeping team

- Providing great customer service to our guests and working with the Front Desk to bring any complaints to a positive conclusion

- Sweep, mop and wash floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries

- Stock linen closet, clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Additional duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate:

- Minimum 1 years experience as a Room Attendant

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

- Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds

- Shows strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for training

- Brings a positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities

- Leadership experience is an asset
