Summary

The Business Development Consultant plays a key role in supporting franchisees and driving brand growth within their designated territory. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role acts as the primary point of contact for franchise owners, ensuring they receive guidance on marketing strategies, operational procedures, and customer engagement. We are seeking a qualified and motivated individual to oversee operations across the Alberta and British Columbia territories.

Duties and Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

Franchisee Support

Conducting weekly calls, addressing concerns, and assisting with promotions, menu updates, and scheduling.

Marketing & Brand Growth

Collaborating with the marketing team to implement local store strategies, optimize online reviews, and enhance brand visibility.

Operational Excellence

Performing store visits, audits, and training to ensure compliance with corporate policies and operational standards.

Customer Relations & Issue Resolution

Managing customer feedback, handling complaints, and improving overall customer satisfaction.

New Store Openings

Coordinating vendor setup, licensing, staffing, and training for franchisees launching new

locations.

Minimum Requirements

Ability to work independently and under pressure, in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks within deadlines.
Food & Beverage (Restaurant) Experience
Ability to travel as needed to different locations.
Proficient in Microsoft 365.
Strong work ethic and ability to anticipate needs of the franchisees.
Organized and process oriented.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral including public speaking
Previous work experience is an asset.
Familiarity with the practices, routines and standards followed within the Stacked brand.
Ability to work as a team and professionally as you are representing the brand.
