Premier Equipment is a full-service John Deere dealership specializing in agriculture, lawn and commercial grounds care and compact construction equipment. Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management: Act as the main contact for hiring managers, offering strategic guidance and collaborating to create tailored recruitment strategies. Advise on effective interview techniques and ensure smooth recruitment processes across departments.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage all stages of recruitment from sourcing to offer, ensuring alignment with company needs and a positive candidate experience.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source talent for immediate and future roles. Assess candidates for skill and cultural fit, ensuring the best match for the organization.
Candidate Experience: Provide excellent communication and support, ensuring a seamless process from initial contact to onboarding.
Support Company Initiatives: Participate in job fairs, training, and other initiatives to enhance recruitment efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruitment with business goals.
Compliance & Talent Acquisition: Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and diversity initiatives throughout the recruitment process.
What You Bring:

Customer-Centric Service: Strong customer service skills, delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
Screening & Sourcing Expertise: Proficient in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent, with a keen eye for cultural and skill fit.
Business Acumen: Ability to influence stakeholders, using market insights to align staffing strategies with business needs.
Leadership & Compliance Focus: Demonstrate leadership behaviors aligned with our organizational values and ensure adherence to compliance and diversity standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with diverse recruitment experience.
Familiarity with agriculture, heavy equipment, or automotive industries is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in ATS, CRM tools, and recruitment platforms.
Knowledge of employment laws.
Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
