A practice culture built around flexibility, growth, and holistic wellbeing
Opportunities to integrate a variety of evidence-based interventions - we want to support the methods that interest you!
A team that values both clinical excellence and lifestyle balance
Responsibilities

Provide virtual individual or couples counselling sessions using evidence-based approaches
Develop and maintain personalized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in our EMR
Collaborate as needed on care planning, risk assessment, and treatment coordination (new counsellors with under 5 years of experience should have regular contact with a trusted supervisor)
Participate in optional consultation meetings
Maintain ethical standards consistent with BCACC, ACCT, or CCPA
Qualifications

Registration in good standing with RCC, RTC, CCC, or equivalent
Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment
Interest or experience in trauma therapy, anxiety treatment, or somatic-based work - training in IFS, EMDR, or hypnotherapy is an asset
