Job Overview

We’re looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to team up with our Executive Chef and help keep our kitchen running like a well-seasoned machine. Duties

Cook up delicious dishes for our demo lobby "food truck "that follow our recipes and wow our guests
Serve food with efficiency, warmth, and a smile
Keep our kitchen sparkling clean and food-safe at all times
Help with plating and presentation—because we eat with our eyes first
Follow all health and food-handling rules (safety first!)
Stay organized by prepping ingredients, stocking supplies, and keeping equipment in order
Follow safety and sanitation protocols to keep our kitchen running smoothly
Skills

Hands-on experience in restaurants, kitchens, or food service
Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation
Ability to prepare and cook a wide variety of meals with flair
Awareness of food trends and a love for great customer service
Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
Comfortable working under pressure when the heat is literally on
Flexible enough to jump into different roles when needed
