Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in food handling and service.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations, including managing staff schedules and assignments.
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and ensure adherence to service standards.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to create an inviting environment for guests.
Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management.
Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully.
Experience in team management, including training and performance evaluation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Previous experience in food preparation or cooking is a plus but not required.
