Full job description
Duties:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Perform data entry in QBO accurately and efficiently

-Social Media
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning

Experience:

- Proficient in QBO and MS 365

- Previous experience working at a front desk or in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Knowledge of customer support principles and practices
