Duties Students will build upon skills supporting Windows 10/11 systems and providing software assistance, in addition to supporting various server and network infrastructure. Their IT project work will include assisting clients either over the phone, remotely, or face-to-face to help set up systems or resolve issues. Students will assist in implementing connectivity solutions to remote worksites as well as helping to upgrade client computers and systems. Students will be in Banff and supported with a team of experienced Information Technology Services Technicians and Supervisor. Work environment Parks Canada is a federal government agency responsible for the protection and presentation of Canada’s outstanding natural and cultural resources through a system of national parks, national marine conservation areas and national historic sites in all regions of Canada.
